
Regular Cleaning


Regular cleaning is one of our most popular services. Your chosen cleaner will visit on a weekly or fortnightly basis and provide the cleaning duties to keep your home fresh and sparkling.
Our hourly rate is £17 and is fully inclusive of the cleaner costs, insurance and the benefit of our local relationship manager on hand to ensure a 5 star service.
You also have the option to add additional housekeeping or ironing to the list.

If you are not happy for any reason we can supply an alternative cleaner.

All our cleaners are covered by a £1 million public liability insurance.
We will always ensure you are 100% satisfied with the cleaner you met in the initial consultation. Once you are happy we will set up a regular direct debit for our agency fee which covers the insurance and administration. You will have the opportunity to pay the cleaner directly for their work after each clean. Our prices are fully inclusive of the agency and cleaners fee. ​

How many hours will it take to clean my home?
The average regular cleaning time is 2 - 4 hours per week, however, this is dependent on the size of your home and the number of rooms you want us to clean. This will be discussed with you during the initial consultation. Ultimately the choice is yours, however we will help with giving you a clear indication of what can be achieved in the time.

We normally recommend a deep clean of a minimum of 4-5 hours before the regular service commences. This allows the cleaner to tackle any areas that may take additional time.
How much will it cost?
Our hourly rate is £17 for regular cleaning or £20 per hour for one-off deep cleaning. This includes our agency fee and the cleaner costs.

Our agency fee covers the insurance and administration costs. Once you are fully satisfied you want to proceed with our services we will arrange a direct debit for this fee. You will have the opportunity to pay the cleaner directly.

What sort of contract am I tied into?
We pride ourselves on being a customer focused and fair business, therefore we don't want to tie our customers into a long contract. All we ask is that you provide a 2 month notice period if you wish to cancel.
How do you vet your home experts?
Our home experts are interviewed in their own home to ensure they fit with our values and mission. We only recruit those that are already experts in their field or who have an absolute passion to provide a premium service.

In additon we ask for references and a DBS check for your peace of mind.
What happens if I want to change cleaners?
This is no problem at all! You will simply need to call or drop a message to our office or your local relationship manager. We can supply another cleaner at any time.
What happens if I go on holiday?
Our cleaners or home experts can still provide regular services whilst you are away. In fact, this can be a perfect time for us to complete a deep clean. We can even add some security services, such as opening and closing curtains. See our Holiday Services for more information.
Can I have an evening or weekend clean?
Of course! If you are a remote worker and would prefer we visit when you are out of the house, that's no problem. If you request this when submitting an enquiry we can provide a suitable home expert who can visit during these times.
Should I supply cleaning products and equipment?
We find that our customers all have different product requirements. Therefore we ask you to supply the products that you prefer us to use, as well as a vacuum and cleaning cloths. Please see our Customer Checklist for more information
Are you fully insured?
We hold a £1,000,000 liability insurance for our customer's peace of mind. This is indemnity insurance and to keep costs to a minimum there is a £100 excess per claim.
Why do I pay the cleaner directly?
We ask you to pay the cleaner directly and allow you to pay the agency fee (covering the administration and insurance) separately via direct debit. The reason we do this is so that we can keep the pay for our cleaners at the highest level possible. This way we attract the best home experts and you can benefit from their premium service.
