​Our professional ironing service can be included as part of our regular cleaning or housekeeping service, or as a stand-alone solution. Your Premium Homes expert can iron in your home or offsite and return your items to your door within 48 hours.

Regular Service
If you struggle to find time to reach the bottom of the ironing basket, let us help! We can collect and deliver within 48 hours and will give you items a professional finish.
Holiday Ironing
You deserve to relax and enjoy your holidays without the chores. We can prepare your holiday clothes ready for your suitcases and then pick it up on your return so it can be neatly put away for next time!
One Off Bundles
Ironing can pile up when life gets busy. Perhaps you have had family visiting or been on a business trip. In these situations, we can step in and provide one-time ironing services. Just call the office on 07798 871481 or simply Book Online.

How many items will be ironed in an hour?
We believe that charging for our ironing service by the hour is the simplest way for you to gauge the costs. Usually we will be able to iron between 10 -15 items per hour, dependant if these are simple items such as t-shirts or more time consuming items such as tailored shirts.
Will my items be hung or folded?
We can accommodate your requirements to hang or fold, we simply ask that you provide coat hangers for any hanging garments. If you don't supply hangers we will fold any items and put them carefully back in your laundry bag.
How should I supply my laundry to you?
If you are using our regular ironing service we suggest that you purchase an extra large laundry bag. These are readily available on Ebay or Amazon and will mean we can fold your items neatly inside.
How does your regular ironing service work?
We can iron on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis for you. This depends on the amount of laundry you have and how often you need it done. However, it is recommended to split the loads. For instance, if you need 4-6 hours of laundry service per month, we suggest scheduling it bi-weekly

We will collect our agency fee, which covers administration and insurance, once a month via direct debit. You will have the opportunity to pay the home expert for their work after the ironing is completed. Our hourly rate of £17 is fully inclusive of both the ironing and the agency fee.
I only need an ironing service now and again. Is this okay?
Of course! You are welcome to book our service for a one off iron whenever you need us. Simply call the office on 07798 871481 or Book Online.
How quick can you return my items?
We can usually return your ironing within 48 hours, however, if you require a quicker turnaround please request this when you book.
Are you fully insured?
Yes, all our home experts are covered by our £1 million public liability insurance. This is indemnity insurance and to keep costs to a minimum there is a £100 excess per claim.
